Can i pay cash for the tour?


Yes, sure no problem.




Can we add attractions or include places not listed in your tour descriptions?


Definitely! We are always happy to customize itineraries to suit guests specific interests.




Are your tours family friendly?


Our tours can be enjoyed by anyone over the age of 8 years of age. Our prices are priced per guest, although some of the optional extras that you can add (such as the Penguin Parade Upgrades, have child prices).




Do you offer shared tours, or can we join another group?


We are a private tour operator but can recommend for you alternative group operators.




What level of fitness do I need for your tours?


All itineraries can be tailored to suit differing fitness levels.




Can we go shopping as part of our tour?


Absolutely! We will work with you in designing the perfect shopping experience to include in your selected itinerary.




Do you cater for dietary requirements?


Yes, please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.




Do you offer tours in languages other than English?


Yes, we can provide foreign language translators in a number of languages including Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and German.




Do you cater for guests with specific mobility needs?


We have vehicles of different sizes and can accommodate a variety of mobility requirements including wheelchairs and collapsible scooters. Please discuss with us at time of booking.




What months of the year do you operate snow tours?


We recommend travelling to the snowfields in July or August. Depending on the snow season, tours can also depart in September or June.




What happens in the event of bad weather?


Tours operate year-round, and itineraries can be adapted due to varying weather conditions. Tours that include a flight component may have the flight canceled on rare occasions, and proportional costs will be refunded.




How can I make a reservation?


Reservations can be made by completing our enquiry form, or emailing us directly at info@poshpenguins.com.au




Do you provide airport transfers?


Yes, airport transfers can be added to the beginning or end of any tour, or as standalone bookings.




We will have our luggage with us. Is there space in the vehicle?


Yes, please advise baggage quantities at time of booking so this can be accommodated.
